How do I order?
Choose a size, add posters to your cart, then check out. Payment is handled by Stripe on a secure page, and you'll get a confirmation email as soon as the order goes through.
How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add any three posters, any size, and the lowest-priced one is free. Six posters, two free. The discount applies automatically in your cart; there's no code to enter.
What sizes do you print?
Poster: 12 × 18 in (30.5 × 45.7 cm) on 216 GSM heavyweight paper, $25. Large Poster (Vinyl): 18 × 27 in (45.7 × 68.6 cm), $85.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Which currency will I pay in?
Canadian dollars if you ship to Canada, US dollars if you ship to the US. The prices are the same numbers: a 12 × 18 poster is $25 USD in the US and $25 CAD in Canada. Pick where you're shipping in the cart, the menu or the footer.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
United States: $10.00 USD, free over $50 USD after discounts. Canada: $10.00 CAD, free over $50 CAD. We don't ship outside the US and Canada yet. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship within 2–5 business days. US and Canadian orders usually arrive 7–14 days after shipping.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return a poster?
All sales are final, except when an item arrives damaged. Email senpapi-sama@hotmail.com with your order number and photos within 15 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, for qualified buyers. Email senpapi-sama@hotmail.com with what you're looking for and the quantities you need.
